Associa Corporate Headquarters

Richardson, TX

Associa, the world’s leading community management services company, opened its new corporate headquarters in 2025 to support nearly 1,000 employees, including 250 new hires. The $60 million, multi-year acquisition and renovation project included the purchase of a two-building office complex (Creekview I and II), building enhancements, and furniture, fixtures, and equipment. An additional building (Creekview III) is also being developed to meet the company’s growing needs.

Carona Hospitality Hotel Development

Lancaster, TX

Carona Hospitality is a dynamic company that supports development, management, and hospitality operations. In 2019, they started work on a 1.5-acre Choice Hotels Development including a Sleep Inn and MainStay Suites. The property was sold in August 2024 after five years of successful operations.

Harmony Bank

Dallas, TX

Harmony Bank’s branch in Dallas’ Medical District is open for business! It's the bank’s first ground-up build following the company’s merger with Texas Brand Bank and its acquisition of First State Bank of Rice. The branch offers a modern design and expanded access to personalized banking in a location that’s often overlooked by other financial institutions.

Located about 25 miles southwest of Dallas, Harmony Bank’s Midlothian location is currently under construction. The branch is the bank’s fourth in Ellis County and is expected to open in October 2026.

Associa Development Group, Inc. is breaking ground on a new Harmony Bank branch in September 2026. The Kaufman location will be the bank's third in Kaufman County.

Clint Wallis

Senior Vice President

Clint has more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate. Throughout his career, he has overseen nearly 1,000 real estate transactions spanning leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, land deals, and landlord and tenant representation in markets across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Clint's tenure at Associa has been marked by initiatives that built new capabilities within the company, including standing up a property management division, launching an in-house brokerage, and leading a strategic redesign of the company's real estate footprint. As Senior Vice President, he leads Associa's expansion into ground-up real estate development.

Adam Soto

Vice President, Development

Adam spearheads Associa Development Group's Texas operations, overseeing the development pipeline while driving strategic growth and investment initiatives across the region. With more than 20 years of industry experience, he has originated and executed more than $1 billion in real estate investments. He has a deep understanding of acquisitions, capital markets, entitlement strategy, design management, and construction oversight.

Robert Evans

Vice President of Development & Facilities

Robert handles the property management and project management for Harmony Bank’s corporate real estate portfolio, encompassing 15 properties and counting, in the DFW area. In addition to those responsibilities, he manages a large portfolio of properties across the U.S, including the development of a large office building in Richardson, TX. In total, throughout his career, he has directed over $400 million in projects spanning more than 4 million square feet.
